If you have not yet booked an appointment, all appointments are booked exclusively online through our website:
When you arrive, if there is space, please park on the driveway.
Please keep in mind that it is a 2-car driveway, so leave enough room for another vehicle to park beside you.
If the driveway is full, there is plenty of street parking available. Please make sure you are parked in a spot that does not block anyone’s driveway.
Please ring the doorbell at the main front door upon arrival.
The door remains locked at all times, so please wait for us to personally let you in. Please do not enter without assistance or assume the door is unlocked.
You can make changes to your appointment, including adding or removing services, rescheduling, or cancelling, by following the link sent to you by email or text message.

If you would like to add another service to your appointment, please do so as early as possible through your confirmation link, as same-day additions may not always be possible depending on appointment timing and availability.
If you are unable to add the additional service online, please text us as soon as possible at
403-619-9630 so we can assist you.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in a 75% charge of the service total.
Removing services from an appointment within 24 hours is also subject to the same policy.
Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in the appointment being cancelled and the 75% fee applied.
Please come alone to your appointment whenever possible.
We have extremely limited seating and waiting space, and additional guests can make the space uncomfortable and difficult to accommodate for both staff and other clients.
Unless someone is required to assist you, we kindly ask that friends, family members, partners, and children do not attend appointments with you.

In special circumstances, we may occasionally open additional appointment times outside of our normal business hours to accommodate increased demand or additional bookings.
If extra appointment hours are available, they will always appear online through the booking system.
